Nitya Bhiksha Vandanam – నిత్య భిక్షావందనము:

Opportunity to fulfill your Yati Bhiksha responsibility ( as a token ) by contributing ₹365 per year and taking part in daily Chandramouleeswara puja sankalpam at Sri Kanchikamakoti Peetham.

Every Gruhastha has a responsibility to take care of the needs of Brahmacharis and Sanyasis in the society. But in the current day environment it is difficult to perform these responsibilities on a daily basis.  Proximity to a Brahmachari ( Veda Vidyarthi ) and availability and acceptance of a sanyasi for bhiksha don’t happen every day. To support Brahmacharis,  and to help our members to fulfill their responsibilities towards Brahmacharis, we launched Guppedu biyyam program in 2015  and it is a grand success. (This is the same program launched by Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi swamiji, several decades back )

Providing bhiksha to a sanyasi is called Bhikshavandanam. To know in detail about  Bhiksha Vandanam , you can read the small booklet How to perform Bhikshavandanam ? Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham.

Nitya BhikshaVandanam :  Each member contributes ₹365 at ₹1 per day for 1 year. The money pooled from all interested members  is used to perform Bhikshavandanam every day for 365 days.  It amounts to each member performing Bhikshavandanam every day.

BSPD launched samishti Nitya Bhikshavandanam ( NBV in short) at Sri Kanchi Kamakoti peetham to Sri Sri Sri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswathi swamiji, for 1 year.  By contributing Rs.365 every BSPD member participated in 365 bhikshavandanams ( for 365 days). We decided to perform this sacred exercise every year.
